Because there is no load on the joints and muscles can be individually activated EMS is fantastic for working the rest of the body when injured or activating an injured area during recovery.
Because Whole Body EMS training works the whole body at once using functional movements then the muscles are recruited and developed in the patterns that we use in every day life.
Muscles that were unused or movement patterns that had changed over time due to pain or injury are addressed and corrected as part of the basic movements used in EMS training.
If you have a current injury then EMS is great for providing just the right amount of stimulation (or none) to that area while allowing you to maintain muscle tone and activation in all the other muscle in the body
